Who we are.
Created to Create is a brand and digital studio based in Lausanne, Switzerland. We are responsible for the data collected on createdtocreate.ch.

When you write to us.
The contact form asks for your name, email, company, the service you are interested in, a budget range and your message. We use them for one thing only: to answer you and, if we work together, to run the project.
Your message reaches us by email and is kept in our client file. We do not sell it, share it for advertising or add you to a newsletter. We keep it for as long as our exchange or our collaboration lasts, then for the period required by Swiss accounting law where an invoice is involved.
Who processes it.
A few trusted providers run parts of the site for us. Some are based in the United States; they are bound by contract to protect your data under the safeguards recognised by Switzerland and the EU.
- Vercel hosts the website and keeps short technical logs.
- Supabase hosts our database.
- Resend delivers the contact form to our inbox.
- Google provides Google Analytics and, with your consent, Google Ads.
- Meta provides the Meta Pixel, with your consent only.
Your rights.
You can ask us at any time to see the data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it or to stop using it. Write to contact@createdtocreate.ch and we answer within 30 days.
If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC, edoeb.admin.ch) or, in Europe, the authority of your country.
